All Software Should Be Developed in Java!
Java is a good general-purpose programming language. It is an excellent tool, perhaps even the best, for a number of jobs.

Java History
Java was first released by Sun Microsystems in 1995. It really started to take off in early 1996, when Netscape released Navigator version 2.0, the first widely used browser that supported Java. After a few bug fixes, Java version 1.02 was released, which is what most people mean when they say "Java 1.0." Java 1.1 was released in early 1997, and contains a variety of enhancements and new features.
Version 1.2 contains the Java Foundation Classes, a huge improvement over the AWT. The JFC provides a more robust drawing model, a wider selection of GUI controls, and a look and feel that can be changed at run-time and kept consistent across platforms.

Install Java
Java is already bundled with most operating systems so you may have Java on your system already. If not there are free versions of Java for Windows, MacOS and all other major operating systems.

Escape will create you various Java programs for use on the web, as part of a multi-media project etc.

The extent of Javascript ranges from a fully functional application to simple roll-over buttons and other small elements (as used in this site). Simply click on the mail icon to the right to send us an e-mail with your requirements. We will respond as soon as possible.
